  • What services do you provide?
    Our business is aimed at small businesses who want to promote themselves to their customers more effectively, but do not have the necessary marketing skills or experience and who also do not want to have a large marketing budget. We provide audit services of your current marketing and help you set up a marketing plan which includes a website and social media strategy. Our general approach is to get you set up to run your marketing and social media on your own after two or three months, but we can manage this on an ongoing basis if you prefer.
  • How much do your services cost?
    You can see a list of costs on our services page. Our costs are considered to be relatively low so that you can feel secure that you are not being sold a whole list of services that your business doesn't need. We will do a full analysis of your potential customer base, your growth objectives and your products and services based on the information you provide. Most of our costs are one-off costs so you can budget effectively and know what you are committing to. We can also provide ongoing services where required. We generally leave it up to you to run your own ads, but we would offer comprehensive advice on the type of advertising that is appropriate for your business and how to test the water with it.
  • Do you require payment up front?
    Not normally no, unless you choose a monthly package. We are happy to work on a trust basis and will invoice you upon delivery of services. For multiple orders, we may ask for a deposit.
  • I am very knowledgeable and experienced in my field, but no little or nothing about marketing. Can you help me?
    Yes of course! This is exactly what our business is based on. We have over 25 years of experience in marketing, content creation and web design in a wide variety of sectors. And marketing strategies are essentially the same across all sectors apart from a small number of exceptions. If you are small or just starting out, you probably don't have a huge budget and don't want to commit to a large, regular outgoing cost. We will help you get set up and after we have delivered our service to you, you can decide if you want to go it alone from there or ask us to provide ongoing services.
  • I really don't know where to start with my marketing? Can you help?
    We certainly can. If you book an introductory call with us, we will ask you a list of questions which will hopefully be thought provoking. It will give us an idea of your needs and how much support you require. You can pick and choose the service(s) you require, but we will also use our experience and the answers you give to determine what your marketing needs are. We will never try and sell you anything you don't need.
  • I see you offer international services. What does this mean exactly?
    We have more than 25 years of working internationally, either with UK businesses selling overseas or working directly in various countries worldwide, located in Europe, North America, Latin America, Africa, the Middle East, Asia and Australia. If you are selling your services internationally, you need to be aware of the local customs and culture in relation to doing business in your chose country in order to maximise your chances of success. For example, do you know the etiquette in relation to attending meetings, small talk topics, responding to emails, giving gifts or just general do's and don't's? Most importantly, how not to do or say anything culturally inappropriate, but also how to approach a complex market place. We can also offer some translation services in French, German and Spanish for your website or social media if required.
  • What's the best way of contacting you?
    You can contact us via phone, email or social media, whichever you prefer. For your introductory chat, we can arrange this over Zoom or just on the phone whichever suits you. It is useful to know a little about your business and your marketing background so we can prepare for the call.
  • How long after I place an order will you deliver your service?
    This really depends on your request, how much work you ask us to do and how much work we have on at the time. However, we will give you an honest assessment of the amount of time required during your introductory call.
  • Can you provide references?
    Yes we can. References are available on request.
  • How soon after delivery do you require payment?
    Payment is required within 14 days of invoicing. Prompt payment is appreciated.
  • Do you provide images for my content?
    Yes, this is possible, although in some ways your own content is unique to your business and it is better for you to use that. We can provide advice on this as well as some generic stock photos if needed.
  • What is your podcast / video service?
    This is a service that we provide to help you explore creative ways to promote your business. Whilst some potential customers are happy to read about your services on a website or social media, many customers will engage more effectively after watching a video or listening to an audio file where you have the opportunity to go into more detail about your services. After the recording, this would be hosted on your website and in some cases, we may also ask if we can use your material to promote our services as well.
